Booking and payment
Do we need to be members?
No. Anyone can book. You create a free account the first time you book so we can send your confirmation, and after that booking takes about a minute.
How much does the pitch cost?
The pitch is £40 an hour for up to 15 players. There is no membership fee and no peak surcharge.
How do we pay?
Payment is taken through our booking system when you book, by card. You do not pay anything on the night.
Can we book the same time every week?
Yes. Pick your first game, tick Repeat on the booking form, and choose how many weeks you want. Every game is confirmed together.
Can we cancel or move a booking?
Cancellation terms are set out in our booking terms.
How far ahead can we book?
The site shows the next two weeks of free times. You can book further ahead on the booking system itself.
On the day
What should we wear on our feet?
Trainers or astro boots. No metal studs or blades on the surface.
Do you provide balls and bibs?
Bring a ball if you can.
Are there changing rooms and toilets?
Changing rooms can be added to your booking for an extra charge per session.
How many people can play?
Up to 15 people on the pitch. It is set up for 5-a-side, training and casual games.
What if the weather is bad?
It makes no difference. The pitch is indoors, so games go ahead in any weather.
Getting here
Where exactly are you?
The Footie Hub is at Newton Rigg, Penrith, CA11 0AA, just off the A66 on the edge of Penrith. The Find us page has a map and directions.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site.
What time are you open?
We are open 8am–10pm, 7 days a week.
