Booking terms

Draft for the client to review. These terms must be checked against the conditions of hire in LemonBooking and, ideally, by someone legally qualified, before the site goes live.

1. Who we are

2. Making a booking

Bookings are made through our booking system, which is provided by LemonBooking. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email, not when you submit the form. The person who makes the booking is responsible for the group.

3. Price and payment

The pitch is £40 per hour. Add-ons such as changing rooms are charged separately and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and changes

Our cancellation and refund terms are being finalised and will be published here before booking opens. In the meantime, please get in touch as early as you can if you need to cancel or move a game and we will do what we can to help.

5. Repeat and block bookings

You can book the same slot for several weeks using the Repeat option. Each game in the run is a separate booking and can be cancelled individually, subject to clause 4.

6. Using the pitch

• Up to 15 people on the pitch at once.
• Trainers or astro boots only. No metal studs or blades.
• Please arrive and leave on time, as another group may be booked either side of you.
• No food, chewing gum, glass or alcohol on the playing surface.
• Under-18s must be supervised by a responsible adult.

7. Behaviour

We may end a session without a refund if anyone behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or damaging to the venue.

8. Damage and liability

You are responsible for any damage caused by your group. We do not accept liability for personal injury except where caused by our negligence, or for belongings left at the venue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. If we have to cancel

If we cancel a booking, you can move it to another time or have a full refund.
